463. How I Channel
The following is an outline of how I channel when serving clients:
What is channeling?
From my perspective, channeling is the ability to discern any and all energetic information. Energies are all around us, carrying intention and intelligence. They can be thoughts, feelings, emotions, and more. They provide information and context unseen to the naked eye or our conscious awareness. It is essentially the larger ‘truth,’ our subconscious, and the existence of what goes beyond our typical or general scope of understanding.
Is channeling the same as psychic or mediumship work?
Generally, yes. While every intuitive is different, psychic, mediumship, and channeling work are all modalities of understanding, discerning, and communicating energetic information. I prefer channeling because it encompasses all energies, while psychic and mediumship work tend to feel more directed or specific. Channeling encompasses any and every relevant and existing energy. This can include astrological energy, aura energy, ancestry, spirit guides, soul contracts, or universal energy that works in tandem or is complementary with ourselves.
How do I channel?
My primary methods of reading energy are clairvoyance and clairsentience. I see images that I puzzle-piece together to express messages. Clairsentience is often the deeper connection used to connect to the “why”. In other words, my brain perceives energies in existence as having more information, relevance, and insight than others may perceive. I digest their importance based on my experience working with clients; “knowing” things I shouldn’t, and my ability to connect with clients on a deeper level than what may be logical.
How does a session (generally) work?
Sessions are typically and ideally a hand-holding experience. I usually lead the session with information and messages, but rely on the client to provide any resonances or validations they feel comfortable sharing. Together, we can unravel any “mysteries”, questions, concerns, etc. that are brought to the session beforehand or during. I typically encourage clients to come prepared with prompts so that they are fulfilling their personal goals and intentions.
