22. The Concept Of Value
“Value” is something I throw around a lot quite casually, but in fact, it’s really the only thing that has significant, deep meaning within the context of my channeling and explanations. So what is value? Of course, we consider value typically to have a physical meaning. An expensive handbag has value. Real estate has value. Even friends and family have value. But what does it really mean?
One could argue that value is relative to each and every person. While generally we can all benefit from money, a single person may be able to provide value to one person, but not to the other. Why? I think it’s a bit complicated. Generally, I feel it has to do with resonance. For example, if you have a great date, you both resonate with each other. But if you have a terrible date, you’re both on different wavelengths. Ironically, non-resonation can help assist and aid us in learning lessons (now you know the type of person you don’t want to date). But is it as valuable? I suppose it’s up to you to decide.
But let’s look a little bit further into the concept of value. Things have value to us here on earth, but what has value on the other side? Hypothetically similar things, so long as it’s not tangible. Of course, everything that’s physical in this world will exit from us when we transition. So, why aren’t we putting more of a focus on things that have transcended value? Particularly when we know that physical things may easily be lost from us, and simultaneously can be easily replaced.
I think one of the most fascinating things about us in this lifetime is that we get to not only align and choose what we value, but simultaneously, we can help and inspire others. It’s practically impossible to name everything that can bring you value, and value you can provide to others, but I would recommend starting with interests, hobbies, volunteer opportunities, as well as your family and friends. And even the rest of the collective. Now, particularly with social media and technology, our value has increased substantially.
So what exactly constitutes “value”? At the end of the day, I feel it’s anything that we assign meaning to. Again, this meaning could be by proxy. For example, that expensive handbag may not have any intrinsic value by itself, but its purchase price would in turn have value for you. Value can have a net or a web, which is quite large. I’ll bet at times, it can be overwhelming to try to deduce.
As you go throughout life, try to consider the concept of value. Are you resonating with something that is particularly superficial or physical? Does value to you mean something that will exist long beyond when you’re gone? Does it live within those who are close to you? Does it simply help and benefit you? I think in some ways, these are all correct answers.
When I do psychic readings, validations of current physical things, or even mental and emotional things, can be valuable to a client in terms of their comprehension and understanding of the readings. But the most valuable thing, in my opinion, is when I share information that goes deeper than surface level. Opportunities, options, and insights that help to reveal greater meaning behind their relationships, and even themselves. That is true value.
